[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李(li)翔,中(zhong)共(gong)黨員,數創學(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)工辦(ban)負責人。雖說是今年(nian)初從(cong)管(guan)理(li)學(xue)院(yuan)輪崗(gang)來到數創學(xue)院(yuan),但從(cong)進校伊始,宋李(li)翔已在(zai)學(xue)生管(guan)理(li)工作崗(gang)位辛勤(qin)耕耘九個(ge)年(nian)頭,是學(xue)校學(xue)工隊伍中(zhong)品格優(you)秀(xiu)、勤(qin)勉(mian)擔當、經驗豐富(fu)的中(zhong)堅力量。

自“不忘初心,牢記使(shi)命”主(zhu)題教育工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)開展(zhan)以來,宋李(li)翔積極響(xiang)應(ying)校黨(dang)(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)黨(dang)(dang)總支(zhi)(zhi)的(de)號召,根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)校黨(dang)(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)有關“不忘初心,牢記使(shi)命”主(zhu)題教育統一部(bu)(bu)署(shu)和安排,積極組(zu)織學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)的(de)各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)(dang)建工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生日(ri)常工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)同部(bu)(bu)署(shu)、共落(luo)實,找(zhao)準基層黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)建設的(de)重點(dian),扎實推進(jin)各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)開展(zhan),工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)以身作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)則、身先士卒(zu)、貼近學(xue)(xue)(xue)生、貼近工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)實際、貼近工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服(fu)務(wu)于學(xue)(xue)(xue)生成(cheng)長成(cheng)才,展(zhan)現(xian)了學(xue)(xue)(xue)生黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)書記應(ying)有的(de)風采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

宋李翔老師工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中敢于擔當(dang),身先士卒,高度自(zi)律。每(mei)天(tian)早(zao)上提(ti)前一(yi)(yi)個小時趕到學(xue)(xue)校開(kai)始工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),下午最后(hou)(hou)一(yi)(yi)個離開(kai)辦公室,關愛團(tuan)隊成(cheng)員,注重學(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍內部建設(she),通過(guo)(guo)專題(ti)研討(tao)、團(tuan)隊成(cheng)員談心(xin)談話、團(tuan)隊活(huo)動(dong)(dong)等方式(shi)為學(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦營造出團(tuan)結(jie)協(xie)作(zuo)(zuo),拼搏奉獻的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周2次(ci)(ci)實地(di)檢查(cha)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修情(qing)況,及時向新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔(fu)導(dao)員反(fan)饋(kui)早(zao)晚(wan)修情(qing)況。積(ji)極通過(guo)(guo)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)談話、走訪(fang)宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代(dai)表座談等形(xing)式(shi)傾聽學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了(le)解學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動(dong)(dong)態,及時為學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自(zi)開(kai)展主(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以來,主(zhu)持學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談會2場,學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)談話80人(ren)次(ci)(ci),宿(su)舍走訪(fang)4次(ci)(ci)。工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中能(neng)(neng)根據學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業和培養特點,有針對性的(de)(de)開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動(dong)(dong),與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)片,將(jiang)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)育(yu)人(ren)、文化育(yu)人(ren)理(li)念落實到位。同時對學(xue)(xue)業后(hou)(hou)進的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄引導(dao)教(jiao)育(yu),而是(shi)通過(guo)(guo)嚴要求(qiu),敢碰硬的(de)(de)態度與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家(jia)長(chang)、班主(zhu)任、輔(fu)導(dao)員一(yi)(yi)起(qi)進行后(hou)(hou)進學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)引導(dao)。羅馬城不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)天(tian)建成(cheng)的(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)隊建設(she)也(ye)不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)夕,唯有通過(guo)(guo)嚴于律己(ji)的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風(feng)和正能(neng)(neng)量的(de)(de)積(ji)極傳遞才(cai)能(neng)(neng)讓新(xin)時期學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)(de)建設(she)與時俱進,勇往直前。
