[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)書特(te)有的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)底蘊和文(wen)(wen)化(hua)地(di)位,對整(zheng)個社會的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)大(da)發展,甚而對經濟、科研、社會文(wen)(wen)明等方(fang)面的(de)進步(bu)起著(zhu)舉足輕重的(de)作用(yong)。圖(tu)書館(guan)作為古今中外最(zui)重要的(de)藏書場所、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)天地(di),肩負著(zhu)特(te)別的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)使命和任(ren)務。高校圖(tu)書館(guan)在為教學科研服務的(de)同(tong)時,更有著(zhu)直接(jie)參與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人的(de)重要使命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培(pei)養“復合(he)(he)式創新(xin)型(xing)高(gao)素質高(gao)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才(cai)”,是(shi)新(xin)時期對(dui)職業院校提(ti)出(chu)的(de)新(xin)要求,符合(he)(he)市場對(dui)新(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才(cai)的(de)新(xin)變化(hua),也切合(he)(he)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才(cai)未來發展(zhan)的(de)方向。全面(mian)推進(jin)“文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、復合(he)(he)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、協同育(yu)人(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養模式改革,對(dui)職業院校的(de)發展(zhan)與教育(yu)教學提(ti)出(chu)了新(xin)的(de)挑戰(zhan),也說(shuo)明了新(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)育(yu)的(de)復雜性(xing)。作為傳統(tong)的(de)文化(hua)主體部門、教學輔助單位(wei),圖書館理(li)當主動參與到文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)作中。

  從(cong)單一(yi)(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)專(zhuan)業要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求到(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科或專(zhuan)業群要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求,從(cong)適應(ying)崗(gang)位(wei)到(dao)(dao)工(gong)作(zuo)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin),從(cong)“工(gong)具”人(ren)(ren)到(dao)(dao)以(yi)人(ren)(ren)為(wei)本(ben)綜合發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),現(xian)代(dai)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)理念(nian)與(yu)(yu)(yu)定位(wei)有根本(ben)性轉(zhuan)變(bian),對(dui)高校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)而言,自身定位(wei)與(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)責任(ren)必須進行(xing)變(bian)革(ge)。第一(yi)(yi)(yi),努(nu)力拓展(zhan)(zhan)圖書(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)內涵(han),必須要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)跳出圖書(shu)看到(dao)(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升華(hua)到(dao)(dao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)。圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)以(yi)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)為(wei)中(zhong)心開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)資源建(jian)設和服務提升,依復合型(xing)、創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)型(xing)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求來(lai)采購圖書(shu)、完善閱讀(du)環(huan)境(jing),開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)多層次(ci)的(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務,更(geng)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)走出圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan),參與(yu)(yu)(yu)到(dao)(dao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)第一(yi)(yi)(yi)線。圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)可以(yi)全程(cheng)(cheng)介入(ru)教與(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)整個(ge)過程(cheng)(cheng),從(cong)而在實踐中(zhong)使圖書(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大圖書(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)內涵(han)與(yu)(yu)(yu)外延,著力推(tui)動校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)大發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。第二,著力打造新(xin)(xin)型(xing)的(de)(de)書(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)展(zhan)(zhan)開(kai),不(bu)(bu)僅是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養課程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)開(kai)設問題,更(geng)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大環(huan)境(jing)與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)新(xin)(xin)渠道的(de)(de)建(jian)設問題,推(tui)進書(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園建(jian)設,是一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)切入(ru)點。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)讓(rang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)愛書(shu)、看書(shu)、戀書(shu),讓(rang)書(shu)之(zhi)香(xiang)(xiang)彌漫校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園,使校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園人(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息濃(nong)郁。第三,不(bu)(bu)斷放大文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設與(yu)(yu)(yu)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)十分重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao),書(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)部分。在書(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設中(zhong),應(ying)該根據時代(dai)需要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)特(te)色,組織各方面的(de)(de)力量,從(cong)不(bu)(bu)同角度完善、充實、放大文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)功(gong)能(neng)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)將(jiang)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、研究(jiu)、社(she)會服務、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)與(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)全面成長相結合,激勵(li)教師投身于文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)創(chuang)造中(zhong)來(lai)。抓住德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)主線,用不(bu)(bu)同形式和方法(fa)提高學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)社(she)會公(gong)德(de)、職(zhi)業道德(de)與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品德(de)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把(ba)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)凝(ning)聚(ju)上升到(dao)(dao)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)精神,以(yi)文(wen)(wen)(w   文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實“文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)”的人(ren)才培(pei)養理(li)念,一(yi)方面要求(qiu)圖書(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)升華拓(tuo)展,衍(yan)進到書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),進而推動書(shu)香校(xiao)園,促進校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發(fa)展,另一(yi)方面也(ye)從文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)建設的角度(du)對圖書(shu)館(guan)的具體工作提出了(le)新的要求(qiu)。

  1、豐富文(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯實(shi)文(wen)化(hua)根(gen)基。資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設是(shi)(shi)圖書(shu)館永恒的(de)主題,今后(hou)應(ying)(ying)(ying)有(you)三(san)個轉變,一是(shi)(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)內涵(han),二是(shi)(shi)要優(you)化(hua)結構,三(san)是(shi)(shi)重點抓(zhua)好(hao)特色資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設。圖書(shu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設實(shi)則是(shi)(shi)文(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設,是(shi)(shi)書(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)化(hua)與校(xiao)園文(wen)化(hua)發(fa)展的(de)基礎。為形成資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針對性(xing)、有(you)效(xiao)性(xing)與文(wen)化(hua)特色,應(ying)(ying)(ying)進一步與學(xue)校(xiao)各部門(men)及校(xiao)外(wai)單位合(he)作,加強合(he)作資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特色資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設,加強文(wen)化(hua)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題如職業素養、地方(fang)(fang)文(wen)化(hua)、高職文(wen)化(hua)的(de)收藏(zang)(zang),一旦(dan)形成規模,就進行歸(gui)納整理(li),集中收藏(zang)(zang),建(jian)(jian)立(li)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題文(wen)庫(ku)。日常采購中,應(ying)(ying)(ying)有(you)意(yi)識地進行專(zhuan)(zhuan)題采購,形成特色文(wen)化(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書(shu)。也可發(fa)揮博物館功(gong)能,收集地方(fang)(fang)文(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非(fei)物質遺產(chan),接受私人專(zhuan)(zhuan)題藏(zang)(zang)品,形成專(zhuan)(zhuan)題數據庫(ku)或(huo)特藏(zang)(zang)室。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)書館(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機構(gou),傳統圖(tu)書館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而現代圖(tu)書館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更(geng)注(zhu)重文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通(tong)過服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影(ying)響師(shi)生,通(tong)過文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來(lai)育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到(dao)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日(ri)常(chang)應建立一(yi)套基(ji)本的(de)(de)能滿足讀者需求(qiu)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體(ti)系,在(zai)此基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang),要強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖(tu)書文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開(kai)展文(wen)(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足教師(shi)或重點團(tuan)隊在(zai)縱深(shen)層次的(de)(de)教學科研活(huo)動(dong)中對文(wen)(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個(ge)性需求(qiu),其次要在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度(du)、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法(fa)上(shang)下功夫(fu),引進新(xin)技術讓(rang)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如微(wei)博(bo)、短(duan)信(xin)、聊天群、手機圖(tu)書館(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)書館(guan)等,促進與讀者的(de)(de)信(xin)息(xi)交流,文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互(hu)動(dong)。

  3、廣(guang)(guang)開文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)——拓(tuo)寬文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)平(ping)臺。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)園師生(sheng)最重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)聚集之地。面向(xiang)未來(lai),我們提出(chu)除了要(yao)(yao)把圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)建成資源信(xin)息中(zhong)(zhong)心之外,還要(yao)(yao)建成學(xue)(xue)(xue)習交流中(zhong)(zhong)心、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)心和宣傳教(jiao)(jiao)育中(zhong)(zhong)心,實現(xian)由傳統(tong)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)向(xiang)一流、現(xian)代、新型大學(xue)(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)轉型。這種轉型實際上(shang)賦予圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)功能(neng),不斷(duan)拓(tuo)寬圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)平(ping)臺,成為學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)育人的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)渠道。近年來(lai),圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好常規服務(wu)的(de)(de)(de)同時,大量舉辦主(zhu)題(ti)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推介、閱讀沙龍、專(zhuan)題(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)評競賽(sai)和技能(neng)比賽(sai)等(deng),保持了館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)每月有新的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展示與(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)頻率,通過教(jiao)(jiao)師的(de)(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂部與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)讀者協會(hui),與(yu)師生(sheng)建立(li)了廣(guang)(guang)泛的(de)(de)(de)聯(lian)系。以后,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)不斷(duan)把館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)各類文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)搞好搞精彩,還要(yao)(yao)走出(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)園,并且走出(chu)校(xiao)門(men),配合教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)或師生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)題(ti)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),開展書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服務(wu)。

  協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
