技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培(pei)養(yang)“復合式(shi)(shi)創(chuang)新(xin)型高(gao)素質(zhi)高(gao)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)”,是新(xin)時(shi)期對職業院(yuan)校提出(chu)的(de)(de)新(xin)要求,符(fu)合市場對新(xin)型技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)新(xin)變(bian)化(hua)(hua),也(ye)切合技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)未來發展的(de)(de)方向。全面推進“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)、復合育(yu)人(ren)、協同育(yu)人(ren)”人(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)養(yang)模式(shi)(shi)改革(ge),對職業院(yuan)校的(de)(de)發展與(yu)教育(yu)教學(xue)提出(chu)了(le)新(xin)的(de)(de)挑(tiao)戰(zhan),也(ye)說明了(le)新(xin)型技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)育(yu)的(de)(de)復雜(za)性。作為傳統的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)主體部門、教學(xue)輔助單(dan)位,圖書館理當主動參與(yu)到(dao)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)工作中。

3、廣(guang)開文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動(dong)——拓寬文(wen)(wen)化(hua)平臺。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)是校園師(shi)生最重(zhong)要的聚(ju)集(ji)之地(di)。面(mian)向未(wei)來,我(wo)們(men)提出(chu)除了(le)(le)要把圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)建成資(zi)源(yuan)信息(xi)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)之外,還要建成學(xue)(xue)習交流(liu)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動(dong)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)和宣傳(chuan)教育中(zhong)心(xin)(xin),實現由傳(chuan)統(tong)大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)向一流(liu)、現代、新型(xing)大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的轉型(xing)。這種轉型(xing)實際上(shang)賦(fu)予圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)更多(duo)的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)功能(neng),不斷(duan)拓寬圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動(dong)平臺,成為學(xue)(xue)校育人(ren)的重(zhong)要渠道。近(jin)年來,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)在做(zuo)好(hao)常(chang)規服務的同時,大(da)量舉辦主題文(wen)(wen)化(hua)展覽、館(guan)藏(zang)推介、閱讀沙龍、專(zhuan)題講座(zuo)、書(shu)(shu)評競賽和技能(neng)比賽等,保持了(le)(le)館(guan)內(nei)每(mei)月有新的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)展示與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動(dong)的頻(pin)率,通(tong)過教師(shi)的讀書(shu)(shu)俱樂部與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生的讀者協會,與(yu)師(shi)生建立了(le)(le)廣(guang)泛的聯系(xi)。以后(hou),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)要不斷(duan)把館(guan)內(nei)各類文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動(dong)搞(gao)(gao)好(hao)搞(gao)(gao)精(jing)彩,還要走出(chu)館(guan)舍,深入校園,并且走出(chu)校門,配合教學(xue)(xue)活動(dong)或師(shi)生的專(zhuan)題活動(dong),開展書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服務。
協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
文化(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人與(yu)協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)育(yu)(yu)人、復(fu)合(he)(he)育(yu)(yu)人是(shi)緊密聯(lian)系(xi)的(de)(de)(de)。新(xin)時(shi)(shi)期圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)文化(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人的(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin),關鍵(jian)也在(zai)(zai)(zai)于協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。協(xie),即協(xie)調(diao)、協(xie)作(zuo)(zuo)、協(xie)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu),強(qiang)調(diao)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)合(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo)、互助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)、配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he)(he),是(shi)相(xiang)互的(de)(de)(de)支持(chi)(chi)與(yu)補充(chong)。同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),即同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)行、同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)心(xin)、同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)力(li),強(qiang)調(diao)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)共(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)行動(dong)(dong)(dong)、共(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)目標、共(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)利(li)益,齊心(xin)協(xie)力(li)。協(xie)與(yu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)結合(he)(he),注重的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin),系(xi)統創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin),強(qiang)調(diao)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)全(quan)員力(li)量,相(xiang)互配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he)(he)。協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文化(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),首先要準確定位(wei),不(bu)(bu)越位(wei)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)學(xue)校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)總體(ti)(ti)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)主(zhu)(zhu)要是(shi)要做好(hao)(hao)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)角,做好(hao)(hao)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)信息基礎(chu)資源(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)保(bao)障服(fu)務(wu)。能(neng)保(bao)持(chi)(chi)清醒的(de)(de)(de)頭腦,又持(chi)(chi)有熱(re)(re)情(qing)的(de)(de)(de)態度(du),認真(zhen)做好(hao)(hao)自(zi)身工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。其次(ci)要謀求主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong),不(bu)(bu)被動(dong)(dong)(dong)。創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)過程是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)復(fu)雜的(de)(de)(de)相(xiang)互聯(lian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)時(shi)(shi)常(chang)動(dong)(dong)(dong)態變(bian)化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)過程,在(zai)(zai)(zai)某一(yi)方面某一(yi)時(shi)(shi)刻,創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)角度(du)、主(zhu)(zhu)體(ti)(ti)可(ke)能(neng)會發(fa)(fa)生變(bian)化(hua)(hua),配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)角也可(ke)能(neng)變(bian)為主(zhu)(zhu)角。從系(xi)統工(gong)(gong)(gong)程看,任何一(yi)個(ge)部(bu)分都是(shi)非常(chang)重要的(de)(de)(de),配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)角或(huo)輔助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)沒做好(hao)(hao),必將影(ying)響整(zheng)個(ge)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)(xiao)果。同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)時(shi)(shi),在(zai)(zai)(zai)協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)中還有一(yi)個(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)態度(du)問(wen)題,對配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)角或(huo)輔助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)單(dan)位(wei)來說,我們(men)應(ying)(ying)當持(chi)(chi)一(yi)種主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)、積極(ji)的(de)(de)(de)態度(du)參(can)與(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)資源(yuan)建設(she)(she)(she)應(ying)(ying)當是(shi)主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)溝通教學(xue)科研人員,主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)聽取使用主(zhu)(zhu)體(ti)(ti)意見,主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)建設(she)(she)(she)。對外(wai)服(fu)務(wu)應(ying)(ying)當主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)走(zou)出(chu)去(qu),主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)、熱(re)(re)情(qing)為讀(du)者(zhe)服(fu)務(wu)。再次(ci)要內外(wai)聯(lian)動(dong)(dong)(dong),不(bu)(bu)亂動(dong)(dong)(dong),相(xiang)互協(xie)作(zuo)(zuo)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he)(he)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)在(zai)(zai)(zai)館(guan)內要把(ba)各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)做好(hao)(hao),提高(gao)效(xiao)(xiao)率,增進活力(li),還要與(yu)校(xiao)內各(ge)學(xue)院部(bu)門聯(lian)動(dong)(dong)(dong),搞好(hao)(hao)資源(yuan)、環境與(yu)文化(hua)(hua)建設(she)(she)(she)。同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)時(shi)(shi)還要經(jing)常(chang)與(yu)本(ben)系(xi)統、與(yu)兄弟院校(xiao)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)、專業(ye)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)、公(gong)共(gong)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)加強(qiang)溝通,交流(liu)經(jing)驗,共(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)促進圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)事業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)復(fu)合(he)(he)式(shi)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)型高(gao)素質高(gao)技(ji)能(neng)人才(cai)培養模式(shi)的(de)(de)(de)改革(ge)中,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)需要融入(ru)到學(xue)校(xiao)乃(nai)至省市(shi)、國家的(de)(de)(de)協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)大(da)平臺中去(qu),發(fa)(fa)揮著自(zi)身的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用。平臺有變(bian)化(hua)(hua),創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)無止(zhi)境。不(bu)(bu)管是(shi)橫向縱(zong)向,不(bu)(bu)管是(shi)內部(bu)外(wai)部(bu),不(bu)(bu)管是(shi)主(zhu)(zhu)體(ti)(ti)任務(wu)還是(shi)輔助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)都要牢(lao)固樹立協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)意識(shi)(shi)、創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)意識(shi)(shi)、文化(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人意識(shi)(shi),做好(hao)(hao)自(zi)己的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),做出(chu)應(ying)(ying)有的(de)(de)(de)貢(gong)獻。
