教科文職業教育創新中心項目評估國際研討會圓滿閉幕

9月5日上午,教科文職(zhi)業教育(yu)創(chuang)新中(zhong)心項目評(ping)估(gu)國(guo)際研討會閉幕式在我校(xiao)留仙洞(dong)校(xiao)區舉(ju)行。聯合國(guo)教科文組織職(zhi)業教育(yu)創(chuang)新中(zhong)心項目專家、肯尼亞大裂(lie)谷技術培訓(xun)學院的同(tong)行評(ping)審(shen)專家以及學校(xiao)領導等(deng)出(chu)席會議。

會上教(jiao)科文組織(zhi)項目專家首先說(shuo)明(ming)學校的(de)評估(gu)流(liu)程、工(gong)具與結果,并(bing)對結果進行了(le)解讀。肯尼亞(ya)大(da)裂谷技(ji)術培訓學院校長對于同行評審的(de)結果進行了(le)說(shuo)明(ming)并(bing)提出未來雙方合作(zuo)意向(xiang)。最后副(fu)校長李月作(zuo)總結講話。

教(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)文組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)專家彼得(de).格(ge)林伍德和(he)簡(jian)?彼得(de)?甘特?德奧特羅根據(ju)(ju)(ju)在(zai)(zai)研(yan)討(tao)會不(bu)同環節采(cai)集(ji)的評估(gu)(gu)(gu)證(zheng)據(ju)(ju)(ju),運用項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具和(he)統(tong)(tong)計(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具,經過綜(zong)合分(fen)析給(gei)出(chu)評估(gu)(gu)(gu)結(jie)論:學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)文職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)心項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)綜(zong)合評估(gu)(gu)(gu)數據(ju)(ju)(ju)結(jie)果呈(cheng)現(xian)在(zai)(zai)第四象限,說(shuo)明學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作已經居領先位(wei)置。四個(ge)評估(gu)(gu)(gu)維度(領導力(li)與(yu)(yu)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)行為、教(jiao)(jiao)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、產(chan)品與(yu)(yu)服務、能力(li)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)生態(tai)系統(tong)(tong))的評估(gu)(gu)(gu)數據(ju)(ju)(ju)都很突(tu)出(chu),其中(zhong)領導力(li)與(yu)(yu)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)行為維度表現(xian)最為突(tu)出(chu)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)案(an)例內容豐富,反(fan)映(ying)了(le)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)在(zai)(zai)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)上取得(de)的驕人業(ye)績。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)編制(zhi)的創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)行動(dong)計(ji)劃符合職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)心項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)對行動(dong)計(ji)劃的框(kuang)架要求,與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)評估(gu)(gu)(gu)結(jie)果反(fan)映(ying)的需(xu)要改進(jin)(jin)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)吻合,已經提出(chu)了(le)解(jie)決方(fang)案(an),方(fang)向正確,行動(dong)得(de)力(li),已經達(da)到教(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)文組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)心項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的要求。希(xi)望學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)以后(hou)在(zai)(zai)校(xiao)(xiao)內推(tui)廣教(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)文職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)心項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的評估(gu)(gu)(gu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具對學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的各項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作做(zuo)出(chu)自(zi)我評估(gu)(gu)(gu),發現(xian)不(bu)足,做(zuo)好反(fan)思,追(zhui)求進(jin)(jin)步(bu)。繼續做(zuo)好項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)自(zi)評報告和(he)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)案(an)例修(xiu)改工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,推(tui)進(jin)(jin)實(shi)施創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)行動(dong)計(ji)劃,在(zai)(zai)虛擬平臺上推(tui)廣深(shen)職(zhi)案(an)例和(he)方(fang)案(an),未來與(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)文組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)合作面向亞太地區推(tui)廣教(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)文組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)心項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu),傳播“深(shen)職(zhi)案(an)例”、“中(zhong)國方(fang)案(an)”。
